Cancelling before your order ships

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been shipped. Email hello@palestinianpride.com with your order number; if the order has not left our fulfilment partner yet, we cancel it and refund everything you paid within 14 days.

After your order has shipped

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled or changed, but you can still return it under our Return Policy (30 days from delivery).

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your legal right of withdrawal or any other right you have as a consumer.
