1. Who we are

Palestinian Pride is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@palestinianpride.com.

2. What we collect

Order data: name, email, delivery address, phone number (optional) and the pieces and extras you order.
Payment data: handled directly by our payment provider (Whop). We receive the payment status, never your full card number.
Messages: what you send us by email.
Technical data: your IP address and browser information, received by the services that deliver the website.
Your browser's local storage: we keep your cart, the offer and reservation timers and your cookie choice in your own browser (not on our servers) so they are there when you come back. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel): only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel, which records the pages you visit, the pieces you add to your cart, the start of checkout and completed orders, so we can measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. If you click "Decline", it is never loaded. To change your choice, clear this website's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

To process and deliver your order, handle returns and answer you (performance of the contract).
To keep invoices and records required by law (legal obligation).
To prevent fraud and keep the website secure (legitimate interest).
To send you news and offers, only if you tick "Email me with news and offers" (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
To measure our advertising with the Meta Pixel, only if you accept advertising cookies (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

4. Who we share it with

Whop — hosting of this website, checkout and payment processing.
Zoho Mail — our email provider.
Our fulfilment partner and shipping carriers — to prepare and deliver your order.
Google Fonts and Shopify's image CDN — they deliver the fonts and product images of this website and therefore receive your IP address.
Meta Platforms — only with your consent, through the Meta Pixel described above.

We never sell your personal data. Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers are protected by the safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and handle returns and warranty claims, and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@palestinianpride.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country.

7. Changes

We will publish any change to this policy on this page with its new date.
