Return Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

1. 30-day returns

If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason. This is in addition to, and never less than, your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days in the EU and the UK).

2. How to return

1. Email hello@palestinianpride.com with your order number and the pieces you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the pieces back unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. We recommend a tracked service.

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the cost of sending it back is paid by the customer.

3. What we refund

The pieces are free, so the refund covers what you paid: the shipping of the order and any optional extras (shipping insurance, gift packaging and tip). If you return only part of an order, we refund the difference between the shipping you paid and the shipping price for the number of pieces you keep (see the Shipping Policy).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you have sent it, whichever is earlier). Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

4. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

5. Lifetime color warranty

Our pieces are made to keep their color with everyday wear. If the color or plating of a piece fades or tarnishes under normal use, email us at any time with your order number and a photo and we will send you a replacement of the same piece (or a similar one if it is no longer available). The warranty does not cover loss, breakage caused by accidents or misuse, or normal scratches from wear.
