1. About us
This website is operated by Palestinian Pride ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@palestinianpride.com.
2. The offer
The pieces shown on this website are offered free of charge while stock lasts. To receive them you pay the shipping price for your order and any optional extra you choose at checkout. An order can contain up to 26 pieces and one unit of each design and variant. We may limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed for resale or that abuse the offer.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in USD and include the costs shown at checkout; import duties outside the country of dispatch are not included (see the Shipping Policy). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Whop; we never see or store your full card details. Shipping insurance, gift packaging and tips are optional and are only charged if you select them.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. If a piece is unavailable after you have ordered, or we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will tell you and refund what you paid for it.
5. Products
We try to show our pieces as accurately as possible; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product descriptions list the materials of each piece. Our designs are inspired by faith, heritage and culture and are not exact or complete reproductions of any religious text.
6. Returns, cancellations and warranty
See our Return Policy, Cancelation Policy and Shipping Policy. They do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Liability
We are responsible for the products and services we provide in accordance with the law. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this website (texts, images, designs and logos) belongs to Palestinian Pride or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
9. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the version published when you place your order applies to it. These terms do not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
